Names or locations entered into an embedded search tool pass to the outside provider operating that tool. We do not store those search terms on our own systems.
Messages
Messages sent to us may be retained to answer the request. They are not shared outside the organization unless required by law.
Automatic Technical Data
Routine logs may record an IP address, browser and version, device and operating system, visited pages, time on page, referring site, and timestamps. Cookies help measure use and maintain features. A browser may block cookies, though parts of the site can then behave differently.
How Data Is Used
Information supports site operation, performance, partner-search routing, usefulness measurement, troubleshooting, and interest-based advertising. We do not sell personal information.
Outside Sites and Recipients
Links lead to government portals, rosters, agency pages, and outside search tools governed by their own notices. Data may reach search partners processing a query, analytics services, advertising networks, and law enforcement or government bodies acting under a valid legal order. Advertising partners may track activity across sites on their own systems.
Security and Young Users
Reasonable safeguards are used, but no internet system is guaranteed secure. The service is intended for adults and does not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. Contact us to request deletion if a minor submitted information.
Your Choices and Updates
Where applicable, a user may ask for a copy of held data, correction, erasure, or an opt-out from certain processing. This policy may change, and revised terms take effect when posted with an updated effective date.
